1. General Refund Policy
Aptitude Master Class provides digital educational products and services, including recorded courses, live classes, practice tests, mock tests, formula sheets and other educational materials.
All purchases are considered final, and refunds are generally not provided once registration or purchase has been completed. Customers should carefully review the course details, schedule, price, access duration and applicable terms before making a payment.
2. Recorded Courses
Once a recorded course has been purchased and access has been provided, the purchase is non-refundable merely because the customer changes their mind, no longer wishes to continue, or does not use the course.
Customers are advised to review the course description and access conditions before purchasing.
3. Live Classes
Once registration and payment for a live class have been completed, the booking is non-refundable merely because the customer changes their mind or is unable to attend the scheduled session.
Any changes to a live class made by Aptitude Master Class will be handled according to the arrangements communicated for that class and applicable law.
4. Practice Tests, Mock Tests and Digital Materials
Purchases of practice tests, mock tests, formula sheets, downloadable resources and other digital educational materials are generally non-refundable once access or delivery has been provided.
Customers should check the product description and purchase terms before completing payment.
5. Duplicate Payments and Service Issues
If you believe that you have been charged more than once for the same purchase, or payment has been completed but the purchased service has not been provided, please contact our support team for investigation and resolution.
Refunds or other remedies will be provided where required by applicable law.
6. Subscription Cancellation
Where a recurring subscription is offered, customers may cancel future renewals using the available cancellation method or by contacting support.
Cancellation of future renewals does not automatically entitle the customer to a refund for a payment already made. Refunds and other remedies remain subject to applicable law and the terms disclosed at purchase.
