2. Recorded Courses and Live Classes

  • Recorded courses: Access is provided through your registered account after successful payment.

  • Live classes: Access details and schedules will be communicated to registered participants.

  • Access duration and included benefits are as specified on the relevant product page.

3. Digital Resources and PDFs

  • Delivery: Download link provided after successful payment.

  • Format: PDF or the format specified on the product page.

  • Download limits: Any download limits and link expiry periods will be displayed where applicable.

  • Save downloaded files securely for personal educational use. Redistribution is not permitted.

4. Practice Tests and Mock Tests

  • Access is provided through the relevant section of your account after successful payment or enrolment.

  • Test duration, attempt limits and membership benefits depend on the applicable product or plan.

  • Results are displayed after submission where supported by the test.

5. Technical Requirements and Mobile Access

  • A stable internet connection and a modern browser are recommended.

  • A PDF reader may be required for downloadable resources.

  • The website is accessible on compatible mobile phones, tablets and computers. No separate app is required.

6. Troubleshooting and Support

If you experience payment, login, video, download or course-access problems:

  • Confirm your payment status and registered email address.

  • Refresh the page and try again.

  • Check your internet connection, browser and device storage, where relevant.
